Ruppert Bell
- Joined PER in 2010 to build the German business.
- 14 years private equity investment experience at Sand Aire, 3i and Octopus.
- Active network of clients and candidates across Europe; fluent French & German
Michael Lee
- Michael Lee has eight years venture capital investment experience in the US and UK before joining Private Equity Recruitment as a consultant.
- He has an MBA from Erasmus RSM (Netherlands), a life sciences PhD and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Jörg Schwitalla worked for ten years in the tire manufacturer Michelin in various human resources and production functions and in various locations. For two years he worked as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CompAir / Invensys group, seven years in the automotive supplier Valeo in personnel and management functions in Germany and France, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources in Paris.
In October 2006, he entered into the MAN Group. First, to December 2008, the MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG as Vice President of Human Resources and at the same time from June 2007 to December 2008 Vice President of Human Resources of the MAN Group. Since January 2009, Jörg Schwitalla is the Senior Vice President Human Resources MAN Group, since 19 May 2009 he is Board Member of MAN SE as Chief Officer Human Resources.

Dr. Johann Füller is CEO of HYVE since November 2000 and postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Strategic Management, Marketing and Tourism at the University of Innsbruck. Previously, he spent 3 years as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Strategic Change. Further experience gained Dr. Füller at McKinsey & Comp., Siemens and Allied Signal. He received his PhD in marketing on "Community Based Innovation - Virtual Integration of Online Consumer Groups into New Product Development" with Prof. Hans Mühlbacher, LFU Innsbruck and Prof. Eric von Hippel, MIT. He studied mechanical engineering and industrial engineering and a Masters in International Business and the Euro-Certificate for Engineers. Study visits took him to the United States, France and Spain.
Katharina Berger is working since 1978 for the German bank, and in this context has represented different responsibilities. These include both experience in the field of retail banking, both on the client side as on IT, such as experience in quality assurance. Since 2008, she is working as a manager innovation, focusing in particular on professional innovative methods such as Design Thinking.
