Young people first undergo a selection procedure developed by AZUBIYO and companies determine their requirements in detail. A matching-system designed specifically for this purpose compares the candidate and job profiles. For this innovation AZUBIYO was honored as "Ausgewählter Ort 2011" by the initiative "Deutschland - Land der Ideen" under the patronage of the President on 03/03/2011.
