Nina Dames
Nina Dames graduated in Management (M.Sc.) with a specialization in Strategy and Organisation and Marketing from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. Since 2020 she is an External Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of International Management and Social Entrepreneurship. Her current research focuses on technological competence leveraging and dynamic managerial capabilities from a strategic management perspective. During her studies, she has worked at companies, such as, Porsche Consulting and A.T. Kearney. Nina has co-founded two healthcare companies and has gained valuable work experience in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and consulting.
