The Chair of International Management and Social Entrepreneurship provides letters of recommendation for student enrolled at the University of Passau. The recommendations must be assigned to a specific organization and they are intended for academic purposes only. Since a letter of recommendation provides information about your academic performance as well as motivation, you must adhere to the prerequisites that are listed below. In addition, we require additional documents and information.

• You have successfully passed at least one lecture at the Chair of International Management and Social Entrepreneurship with a grade better than 2.0.
• You are among 20% of the best in your degree program

1. Letter of motivation for your application (max. 250 words)
2. Curriculum vitae and transcript of records
3. Name and address of the organization to which you are applying
4. Requirements for the letter of recommendation (e.g. format, thematic focus)

We kindly ask you to submit your request to Kevin Koziol (Kevin.Koziol@uni-passau.de). We will assess your request and will then contact you via e-mail. Usually, we will arrange a personal interview with you. The thematic focus of the interview is on your motivation for your application and is used to clarify open questions. Please schedule a processing time of three weeks forthewhole procedure.
