Prof. Jan-Philipp Ahrens receives Best Paper Award

For his research "Fusing Contingency Theory and Upper Echelon Theory For A New Perspective on the Critical Juncture of Family Firm Succession" the young researcher received a best paper award at the “5th International Family Business Research Forum” taking place in Belgium. It is the 15th peer-reviewed recognition or award for his work post dissertation. He currently serves as an Interim Professor for “International Management and Social Entrepreneurship” at the University of Passau.
