Ceremonial farewell on October 11, 2024
At the academic ceremony on Friday, 11 October 2024, 63 graduates, 3 doctoral candidates and 1 habilitation candidate from the School of Business, Economics and Information Systems were bid farewell. The Dean, Prof Dr Stefan Bauernschuster, together with the Dean of Studies, Prof Dr Thomas Widjaja, presented the Bachelor's, Master's, doctoral and habilitation certificates during the ceremony in the Audimax.
The completion of Prof Dr Nora Nahr's habilitation was celebrated as part of the examination ceremony.
Dr Dörte Leusmann was awarded the Helmut Schmalen Dissertation Prize for her outstanding dissertation.
The theses of Sarah Ben Messaoud (M.Sc. BA), Gilbert Böhme (M.Sc. BA), Eva Henselmann (M.Sc. BA), Seraphin Schwarzbauer (M.Sc. IEB) and Felicitas Straßer (B.Sc. BAE) were honoured with the Prize of the Friends and Sponsors of Economics in Passau.
