Dr. Andreas Neumeier
Curriculum Vitae and Research Focus
After having worked for the Chair of Financial Accounting and Auditing for four semesters, Andreas Neumeier had been employed by the Chair of Management Accounting & Control from April 2011 to December 2012. He had been working at the University of Passau as a research assistant since September 2008.
Main areas of his teaching included value-based accounting as well as company valuation. His research focus was placed on company valuation within the framework of the German IDW S1 standard that applies to auditors.
Mr. Neumeier began his studies at the University of Passau in October 2002. Within the exchange program of ERASMUS he studied at the University of Verona in Italy during the summer term of 2006. In May 2008 he graduated with the German diploma in Business Administration. His majors were capital markets, corporate finance, financial accounting and auditing and bank-management.
