Programme Structure
In order to receive the certificate 'Legal Pathfinder', students need to participate in the Law Clinic with various introductory lectures during the semester. Additionally, students need to write a legal opinion for one founding team of the 'Honours Degree' in Entrepreneurship' during the semester break.
A successful completion of the programme can be recognized as an internship.
In order to ensure qualified legal consulting, it is mandatory for students to participate in the introductory lectures. Topics that are covered in the introductory lectures are: 'Legal Professional Right', 'Data Security Law', 'Corporation Law' and 'Contractual Design'. Moreover, additional topics might be added depending on the specific requirements of the startup teams from the 'Honours Degree' in Entrepreneurship.
Building upon introductory lectures, the student advisors will draft a legal opinion during the lecture-free semester period supervised by a fully qualified lawyer. The legal opinion aims at comprehensively answering a legal question of the advised founding teams. After completion of the legal opinion, the advisors will present and convey their results to the founding teams.
