This playlist contains the prototypes and results from the Chatbot Design Exercise of the "Foundations of Human-Computer Interaction" course in the winter term of 2024/2025. Over a period of three weeks, six bachelor students in two groups designed a chatbot tailored to student needs following the Human-Centered Design approach. The following demo videos showcase the high-fidelity prototypes the students created using the design tool Figma.
This playlist contains the prototypes and results from the Dashboard Group Exercise of the 2024 "Business Intelligence & Analytics Systems" course. Over a period of three weeks, 22 students worked in teams on a realistic dataset of call center operations at a telco company. The overall goal and topic of the exercise was to create a Tableau dashboard with three pages for three different roles at the company: chief customer officer (strategic), call center manager (tactical), and call center agent (operational).
