New Courses & Thesis Projects for the Winter Semester 24/25

| Reading time: 1 min.

In the upcoming winter semester, we are excited to introduce two new courses:

For bachelor students, we are offering the course “Foundations of Human-Computer Interaction” (35008), which focuses on how people interact with technology (e.g., apps, websites, chatbots) and how to create positive user experiences. The course does not require any programming skills. More information is available on Stud.IP: https://studip.uni-passau.de/studip/dispatch.php/course/details?sem_id=0ff535e81023291a87ac4d69e7aca595&again=yes

For master students, we are offering the course “AI-Based Business Information Systems” (35006), which focuses on the design, management, use, and impact of AI in organizations. It is not a technical course, but rather takes a managerial/organizational perspective on AI. Students who attended the course “Design and Management of AI-Based Business Information Systems” (35000) cannot register for this course.
