Dr. Dörte Leusmann ist seit April 2017 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und seit Oktober 2020 Doktorandin am Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Organisation, Technologiemanagement und Entrepreneurship. Sie studierte im Bachelor Kulturwirtschaft und Business Administration and Economics (B.A., B.Sc.) sowie auch im Master Kulturwirtschaft und Business Administration (M.A., M.Sc.). Neben dem Studium war sie als studentische Hilfskraft am Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Accounting tätig. Praktische und internationale Erfahrungen sammelte sie zudem im Rahmen von Praktika beim Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel, Belgien, der Deutschen Botschaft in London, Großbritannien und der SAP SE in Walldorf. Außerdem konnte sie 2022 durch einen zweimonatigen Auslandsaufenthalt im Department für Innovation Management & Strategy an der Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in den Niederlanden ihre internationalen Erfahrungen im Forschungsbereich erweitern.
