In the masters program at the University of Passau, she has initiated the new course „Design of Innovative Strategies in Healthcare using the LEGO® Serious Play® Method“.

Prof. Kuhn is a physician and scientist with a longterm academic and international experience at University Hospitals and an extensive management experience within the German healthcare system, e.g. as last full-time Medical Director of the "Klinikum Passau". It is her goal to contribute to a modern, digital and sustainable healthcare system in Germany and to involve both the patients and the employees of the future at an early stage.
