Degree Theses
Content
As part of the Bachelor's/Master's thesis, you should demonstrate your ability to work independently on a scientific question within a specified period of time. The core of the thesis is to answer one (or more) explicit research question(s) using scientific theories or empirical methods.
In order to meet the associated requirements, you should ideally have successfully completed a seminar paper at our chair beforehand. This will familiarize you with the procedure and essential criteria for a successful academic thesis. In addition, the preparation of a thesis is accompanied by a supplementary colloquium organized by the chair.
Important note:
Please hand in a seminar paper punched and stapled, a Bachelor's/Master's thesis as a book binding.
Application / Registration
Before an initial interview can take place at our chair, please contact us using the Form to apply for a Bachelor/ Master thesis and submit the required documents (letter of motivation, CV, transcript of records) in a PDF to us at the chair. This application is initially non-binding.
