Tamara Schwager has been a doctoral candidate in research at Mercedes-Benz AG and at the Chair of Business Administration with a focus on Organization, Technology Management, and Entrepreneurship since September 2023. She completed her bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and Business Administration and Economics (B.A., B.Sc.) at the University of Passau. Tamara earned her master's degree through a double master's program at the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg (M.Sc. in Business Administration) and the Università di Pavia (Laurea Magistrale in International Business & Entrepreneurship). She gained practical experience through various internships, including with The AuditFactory and Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu GmbH & Co.KG, as well as working as a student assistant at Mercedes-Benz AG.
