Learning Agreements

We issue Learning Agreements for international courses if these courses are equivalent to the courses offered by the Chair of Statistics and Data Analytics as well as the Teaching Unit for Computational Statistics and Mathematics.

Please proceed as follows to ensure a smooth process:

Select the relevant form before your stay abroad:

Study start earlier than winter semester 23/24 => Learning Agreement QM form

Start of studies in winter semester 2023/24 or later depending on degree programme:
=> Learning Agreement BAE abroad
=> Learning Agreement BA DTBS abroad
=> Learning Agreement BA WI abroad
=> Learning Agreement BA/MA KuWi abroad
=> Learning Agreement Master abroad
=> Learning Agreement for non-business-economics degree programmes
=> FAQ Learning Agreements

2. fill out and sign digitally as well as add detailed information on the course content and examination modalities in German or English. (If you only have information in another language, please submit the original description as well as a translation provided by you).
3. submit your documents to Katrin Feigl.
Please note:
Please ensure that you send a digitally processable PDF version; converted scans, photos etc. cannot be accepted.
A separate form is required for each course to be credited. Unfortunately, we cannot acceptprocess incomplete applications.

We will check your entries and inform you by email

whether we will confirm the Learning Agreement and
in case of a positive result we send it to you digitally.

After the stay abroad: Transfer of grades

Digital submission of the individual Learning Agreements together with the Transcript of Records obtained at the foreign university at notenumrechnung.wiwi@uni-passau.de.

Grades are converted centrally by the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Information Systems.

After the official grade conversion by the dean's office, you submit your Learning Ageement to the Examinations Office.
